1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SportBusy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on the SportBusy website and mobile application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SportBusy
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Disclaimer

The materials on SportBusy are provided on an "as is" basis. SportBusy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SportBusy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SportBusy, even if SportBusy or a SportBusy authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on SportBusy could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SportBusy does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

6. Links

SportBusy has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SportBusy of the site.

7. Modifications

SportBusy may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

9. Third-Party Trademarks, Logos, and Licensed Data

All third-party trademarks, logos, and service marks referenced within the SportBusy application and website remain the property of their respective owners, including but not limited to the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, MLS, and their respective member clubs and teams. SportBusy does not own any of the team, league, or event trademarks or logos depicted within this application. SportBusy is not associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, MLS, or any of their respective member clubs, teams, or official sports organizations.

SportBusy's display of team names, logos, and related identifying marks is conducted in a news media and reporting capacity. SportBusy is not exploiting these marks for its commercial benefit. Unless specifically identified as such, SportBusy's display of third-party trademarks and logos does not indicate any official relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement between SportBusy and the owners of these trademarks.

The SportBusy application is powered in part through a licensed data partnership with an official sports data rights holder, including Genius Sports. Certain data and content available through this service is proprietary to the respective sports leagues and their member clubs, and may only be used by individual consumers as part of this service for authorized purposes. Further reproduction, use, or distribution of such data outside of this service is not permitted.

The NFL shield design, Next Gen Stats, and other NFL-related identifying marks are trademarks of the NFL. MLB, the MLB silhouetted batter logo, and the team names, logos, and identifying marks of all Major League Baseball clubs are trademarks and/or copyrights of MLB or the respective clubs. The NHL and the NHL Shield are registered trademarks of the National Hockey League. The NBA and individual NBA member team identifications are trademarks and copyrights of the NBA and its member teams. The WNBA and individual WNBA member team identifications are trademarks and copyrights of the WNBA. MLS, the MLS crest, and the team names, logos, and identifying marks of all MLS clubs are trademarks and/or copyrights of MLS or the respective clubs. All other team names, logos, and team-related identifying marks displayed within this application are trademarks of their respective owners. All rights reserved.

The display of league and team trademarks within this application is conducted solely for sports information, identification, and news reporting purposes in connection with SportBusy's licensed data relationship. SportBusy is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any league or team unless expressly stated.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All team images, league logos, player images, scores, statistics, schedules, and related sports content displayed within the SportBusy application (collectively, the "Sports Content") are the property of the respective sports leagues, teams, broadcast partners, and their official data and media partners. SportBusy's use of Sports Content is conducted in a news media and informational reporting capacity. SportBusy is not exploiting Sports Content for commercial benefit beyond providing users access to publicly relevant sports information.

All source code, software, designs, text, graphics, and original content created by SportBusy (the "SportBusy Content") are owned by SportBusy and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of SportBusy Content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission from SportBusy. Third-party Sports Content remains the exclusive property of its respective rights holders and is subject to the terms of SportBusy's licensed data relationships.

11. Nominative Fair Use

To the extent SportBusy displays team names, league names, and associated logos to identify the sports teams and leagues being reported upon, such use constitutes nominative fair use under applicable trademark law. SportBusy uses only so much of the mark as is reasonably necessary to identify the team or league, does nothing that would suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the trademark holder, and does not use the marks to compete with or disparage the trademark owners.

SportBusy does not use league or team logos as part of SportBusy's own brand identity or app icon. Third-party league and team logos appear solely within the app's sports information interface, displayed alongside live scores, standings, schedules, and game data, in a manner consistent with sports news and information reporting.

12. Prohibited Uses of Third-Party Content

Users of the SportBusy application are expressly prohibited from:

• Downloading, extracting, copying, or reproducing any team or league logos, trademarks, or Sports Content from the application
• Using any Sports Content displayed within the application for commercial purposes, merchandise, or marketing
• Representing or implying any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from any sports league or team based on content viewed in the application
• Redistributing, sublicensing, or transmitting any proprietary sports data or content obtained through the application
• Using any Sports Content in a manner that violates the intellectual property rights of the respective rights holders

Any unauthorized use of Sports Content, team logos, or league trademarks obtained through this application may subject users to civil and criminal liability under applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws.

13. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy

SportBusy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), SportBusy will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe any content on SportBusy infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough information to locate it on the service
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

DMCA notices and counter-notices should be sent to SportBusy's designated copyright agent at: admin@sportbusy.com. SportBusy reserves the right to remove content alleged to be infringing and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
